The City of Clinton’s hotel/motel tax is due to receive an influx of funds once Ordinance No. 1038 officially goes into effect allowing tax to be collected from property owners offering short-term rentals.
The ordinance was accepted in a “marked up” state by the Clinton City Council Tuesday night.
