A man has been arrested after allegedly driving the wrong way down Gary Boulevard with flashers on while on the phone with 911, claiming he was being shot at, while under the influence of methamphetamine.
According to his report, Trooper Colby Vaughan with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol was notified of the reckless driver by the Clinton Police Department’s dispatch team at 9:38 p.m. on May 31.
