Funeral services for Dorothy Carol Smith Clifton, 87, of Concord, N.C., will be held at

10 a.m. Monday, at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro, Ga.

She was born Sept. 7, 1938, in Custer County. She died July 14, 2026.
