Conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of Modelle Ave.; arrested 55-year-old subject for a Custer County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and new Custer County charges of controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
