A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Tyler Brann Eaton, 35, of Clinton, following an alleged break-in and destruction of property.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, at 12:20 p.m. Aug. 11, Deputy Monier Sheard with the Custer County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a N. 2270 Road residence in Clinton in reference to an attempted burglary and malicious injury to property.
