Artimia “Tina” G. Flores, age 86, of Cordell, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully in her home on April 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Tina was born April 20, 1939, in La Feria, Texas, to Antonio and Jesusa (Aguirre) Garcia.
On January 1, 1956, Tina married the love of her life, Anastacio Flores, in La Feria, Texas. Together they built a beautiful life rooted in love, family, and faith. In 1963, they made their home in southwest Oklahoma, where Tina became a beloved member of the Cordell community.
Tina worked for over 30 years at the Cordell Christian Home, where she lovingly prepared meals for the residents, treating each one like family. She was a longtime member of the Assembly of God Church in Clinton, where her love for Jesus and singing brought joy to many. Known for her warm hospitality, Tina welcomed everyone into her home with a big smile and the heartfelt question, “Are you hungry?”
