Bobby Lee Rigney (“Bob – Dad - Papa”) was born January 1, 1951, in Clovis, New Mexico, to Loy and Dorothy Rigney. Bob grew up and attended school in Lazbuddie, Texas, and Satana, Kansas.
In November 1969, he married Connie Sue Livingood. From this union, two children were born: Bobby Rigney Jr. and Dorena Sue (Rigney) Harris. Bob and Connie eventually divorced.
