Curtis Ray Cline, 83, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025. Born on April 23, 1942, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Kenneth and Creola Cline, Curtis spent his formative years on a family farm in Putnam, Oklahoma — an upbringing that instilled in him the values of hard work, perseverance, and integrity. Curtis pursued higher education at Oklahoma State University, where he earned a degree in business and proudly served as president of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.
Shortly after graduation, he answered the call to serve his country. As a helicopter pilot in Vietnam in 1965, Curtis demonstrated extraordinary courage and leadership, earning the Bronze Star for his service in the United States Army. After his military service, Curtis began a long and successful career in the financial services industry. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1967 as a Financial Advisor and later moved to Reynolds Securities in 1973, where he took on management responsibilities.
Over nearly four decades — culminating in his retirement from Morgan Stanley in 2006 — Curtis was deeply committed to his clients, taking genuine pride in helping them reach their life goals. He was known not only for his financial acumen but also for his unwavering honesty and care.
