Funeral Services for Allen Shepherd, 64, owner and operator of Shepherd Home Health and Hospice and Arapaho resident, will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2024, in the Clinton First Christian Church, officiated by Doyle Kinney and Daniel Mosburg.
