Kaylan Whittley Naranjo “Mogie” (Little Women) was born on June 25, 1999, in Clinton, Oklahoma to Kevin Wayne Naranjo I, and Nizhoni (Fletcher- Slinkey) Naranjo.
She passed away at her home in Clinton on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the age of 25. Kaylan was a lifelong resident of Clinton and a proud graduate of Clinton High School, Class of 2017. During her school years, she was very active and well-known among her peers. She played golf, basketball, and tennis, and was also a spirited cheerleader. Her outgoing personality and vibrant smile left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She was a member of the Indian Pentecostal/Baptist Church and had a deep connection to her faith and cultural traditions. Kaylan participated in Sun Dance Ceremonies and loved to dance cloth. She enjoyed music, laughing with her cousins—whom she considered siblings— and loved to “clown” anyone willing or not, always bringing joy to those around her. She had a selfless and protective spirit, always putting others before herself.
