Funeral Services for Stacy Lee Fisher, 57, of Clinton, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Trina Washington and Apostle Shirley Robinson-Anderson. Services are under the direction of the Lee Hometown Funeral Home. The time of viewing will be from 10am-6pm, the family will be viewing from 6pm-8pm.
Stacy Lee Fisher was born on April 29, 1969, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to William Leroy Fisher, Jr. and Virginia Kay Lee. He passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Stacy spent his early years in Lawton before moving with his father and stepmother Dianna in Clinton during his junior high school years. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1987, where he was a member of the Black Student Union and distinguished himself as an outstanding athlete. A standout for the Clinton Red Tornadoes, Stacy excelled in football and also participated in basketball, baseball, and track.
His success on the football field earned him a scholarship to Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, where he played football for two years.
After returning to Clinton, his first job was working for his grandfather and uncle in the Russworm Funeral home. Stacy began raising a family and entered the workforce. He was employed for a time at Collins & Aikman and later attended Western Technology Center in Burns Flat, specializing in computer studies.
During his years in Clinton, he also worked at Doan’s Dog Food Plant.
After relocating to Oklahoma City, Stacy held a variety of positions.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Stacy remained a devoted supporter of the Clinton Red Tornadoes. During his senior season in 1987, he led the team in tackles and earned All-State football honors. He was also an avid fan of Oklahoma football, the Lakers basketball team, and the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL team. Outside of sports, Stacy enjoyed music and was once involved in a rap group SBS that created long lasting friendships . He loved golfing, fishing, spending time outdoors, and creating lasting memories with family and friends. He enjoyed keeping up with his grandchildren’s activities and loved sharing it with everyone.
Stacy received Christ at an early age but rededicated his life during his recent time of illness.
He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Kay (Lee) Littleton, his brother Terry Alfonzo Fisher, stepbrother Rocky Jefferson, grandparents William Sr Rosalee Fisher, William Sr & Norma Jean Lee, his uncle’s John Fisher and William Lee Jr; his aunt and uncle Shirley and Walter Jones and two special friends Kevin Lantz and Robert “Gutty” Hester.
Survivors include his father, William “Fish” Fisher and his wife Yumecca of Oklahoma City; four daughters, who he deeply loved, Shroya Jones and husband Jimmy of Norman, Jordan Shegog and husband Nic of Piedmont, A’Lexus Miller and husband Patrick of Clinton, and Brittaney Keith and husband Drake of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Kimberly Hurd and husband Jerome of Clinton, Tonisha (Shawn) Littleton-Byrd of Altanta, Georgia, and Ma’Shana Henderson of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Lazarus Chance Fisher of Louisville, Texas; and Kenneth “Redman” Washington, step sister Deanna Jefferson-Smith of Dallas, Texas, Step brother Eugene (Urana) Jefferson of Clinton, and ten beloved grandchildren that will never be forgotton.
He is also survived by Aunt Bonnie (Ervan) Randle of Weatherford, Uncle Bruce Fisher of AZ, and Aunt Carolyn (Dennis) Newton of Lawton; special acknowledgement to his two devoted nieces Sharie and Cherrell McBrayer who were faithfully by his side during his journey. Stacy loved all of his brother’s children like his very own & especially his brother’s sons who were the sons he never had.
Stacy cherished any bonding time with each of their own children up until his passing.
Stacy will be remembered for his athletic accomplishments, his love of family, his generous spirit, and the many friendships he cultivated throughout his life. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Once a Tornado, always a Tornado.
