Otis Ray Tartsah, 78, passed away December 17, 2021, at home in Clinton, OK. He was born April 23, 1943 in Anadarko, OK to Quinton Anquoe and Hazel (Tartsah) Seymour.He married the love of his life, Barbara, on March 26, 1981 in Ada, Oklahoma. They lived in Clinton for more than twenty years.

Bruce Allen Leffingwell, 77, of Cordell, Oklahoma passed away unexpectedly at the Cordell Memorial Hospital on December 9th, 2021. He was born at home on August 27th, 1944 to Harold and Jean M. (Petrazelka) Leffingwell in Dover, New Jersey. Bruce grew up and attended school in Dover.
