Mark DeWayne Lumpkin, Sr., was born September 29, 1959 in Clinton, Oklahoma to JD Vernon and Osa Faye (Davis) Lumpkin. He passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 61 due to complications from COVID. Mark grew up in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School.
