Bryant Calip

Funeral services for Bryant Calip, 57, former Clinton coach and educator, are pending with Schaudt’s Funeral Service & Cremation Care based out of the Tulsa area. Calip was born Dec. 12, 1962, and died June 4, 2020, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Lewis Smith

Funeral services will be held for Lewis V. Smith, 91, of Clinton at 11 a.m. Monday at Kiesau Memorial Chapel. He died Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. Burial will follow the services at Clinton Cemetery under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

James Robert Mathis

Jim was born in Thomas, Okla., to William and Anna Lee Mathis on October 26, 1938, and lost his courageous battle with cancer on May 21, 2020. Following high school and some college, where he studied engineering, Jim joined the United States Army Reserve.

Cynthia Miller

Memorial services for Cynthia Miller, 69, Clinton resident, will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 4, 2020 in the New Hope Fellowship Church, officiated by Rev. Gary Jones and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Dr. Ron Helvey

A memorial service will be held for Dr. Ron Helvey, 76, of Mountain Home, Ark., and formerly of Colony, Okla., at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Mountain Home First Baptist Church. He died Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at MD Anderson Medical Center in Houston, Texas, after a short illness.

John Wesley Smith

John Wesley Smith, 82, of Sayre, Okla., was born on February 2, 1938 in Butler, Oklahoma. He is the son of Ernest Franklin Hallie Ada for (Newcomb) Smith. John went to walk the Heavenly Plains streets of gold with his Lord and Savior on May 28, Ray, 2020, in a Elk City, Oklahoma.

Graveside services for Helen Jones, 86, Arapaho resident, will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 5, 2020, in the Mound Valley Cemetery in Thomas, OK, officiated by Rev. Dean Brookshier and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
