Elbert Owens

Elbert Eugene Owens passed away September 10, 2019 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was born November 30, 1930 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. A graduate of Shawnee High School, he went on to graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University where he set records playing baseball that stood for decades.
