KINGFISHER – The Clinton Red Tornadoes were no match for 4A No. 1 Kingfisher Tuesday evening, losing 72-52.
The game was relatively close at 16-15 after the first quarter. Kingfisher was able to stretch the lead to 31-24 at halftime.
The No. 1 Yellowjackets outscored Clinton 41-28 in the second half.
Caden Powell returned to the lineup and scored a teamhigh 17 points.
