ARAPAHO – The Arapaho-Butler basketball teams were missing a combined nine players for the West Central Tournament, but neither one cowered in the face of adversity, competing through its final two games – both of which ended in losses.
The No. 19 A-B girls (9-7 overall) opened the tourney with a 39-25 win over Burns Flat-Dill City last Tuesday. They then lost in the semis 54-33 to Canute Thursday.
