The Burns Flat-Dill City Eagles (1-1) acquired their first win of the season over the Cordell Blue Devils Friday night at home by being forceful on defense along with a commanding offense that resulted in a 33-8 win.
The Eagles’ defensive line set the tone on the initial Cordell drive, forcing the Blue Devils to a three and out possession.
