With the summer sun beaming down on Schumacher Fields at Acme Brick Park Thursday, the Clinton 8U baseball team was unable to keep up with the Chickasha Cardinals, as the Reds fell 12-3 in the first round of the OK Kids 8U Baseball State Tournament.
When talking about the game, Coach Rhett Blundell said it showed his players have some things to learn going forward in the sport of baseball.
