Clinton falls to Weatherford in volleyball ‘Conflict’

    With volleyball in full swing, the Clinton Lady Reds (2-7) fell to the Weatherford Lady Eagles 3-0 (25-9, 25-8, 25-6) Tuesday in the Tornado Dome.

    For Lady Reds coach Gabbie Parsons, she said having a couple of players injured caused her team to have some confusion, which hurt them throughout the match.

    “We had to make a lot of adjustments due to two of our players being out tonight (Ella Redshin and Karely Aguilar),” she said. “We moved a lot of people around to different positions, so I knew there could be a possibility of some confusion in rotations and placements, but we made a lot of fundamental mistakes that unfortunately cost us some points.
