CMS hoops drops two versus Elk City

CLINTON – Clinton’s seventh grade girls were upended 40-18 by Elk City Monday evening.

The Lady Whirlwinds struggled in the first half and found themselves trailing 31-7 at halftime.

Clinton did a better job on defense in the second half as they outscored Elk City 11-9.

Brooklyn Aston led the Lady Whirlwinds with seven points. Rylee Rodebush and
