Last season the Clinton cross country team sent two runners to the state meet and return both for a promising, 2019 campaign in senior Roberto Solis and sophomore Courtney Heerwald.
Those two athletes headline the team on each side of the roster and headline upcoming season, but there is also another major story, the substantial addition of boy runners to the team.
