In her first collegiate track and field meet for the University of Kansas, former Clinton star Kat Meacham finished third in the weight throw event with a distance of 50 feet, 6 inches during this past weekend in the Bob Timmons Challenge.
For Meacham, she enjoyed her performance as she was able to surpass the goal she set for herself going into the weight throw.
