ENID – The Clinton Lady Reds’ season came to an end Thursday with a 77-38 loss to Class 4A No. 10 Bethany.
The Lady Reds trailed 17-7 after the first quarter before Bethany went on a tear.
Carmella Jefferson’s layup as time ticked off the second quarter clock cut Bethany’s lead to 41- 20 at halftime.
Bethany outscored Clinton 21-6 in the third quarter.
