A new year begins for the CHS Lady Reds softball team, as it takes to the field for the first time to open preseason practice today in preparation for the 2023-24 season.
The Lady Reds are coming off a 15-win season in Coach Whitney Misak’s first year leading the team.
While they are losing some starters due to graduation, there will be more players coming into the program to pick up the slack.
