According to the fishing report from Custer County Game Warden Clint Carpenter, on March 30 the water at Foss Lake was back to its normal elevation level, and it remained in stable condition.
The water was clear with the temperature around 51°F.
In Carpenter’s report, he said bass and striped hybrids are good to catch with the use of fluke at this time around the points in the main lake.
