According to the fishing report from Custer County Game Warden Clint Carpenter, on June 21 the water at Foss Lake registered at .5 feet above its normal elevation level, but it also remained in stable condition.
The water was clear with the temperatures staying around 75°F throughout the entire lake.
In Carpenter’s report, he said bass and striped hybrids catching slow throughout the lake.
