Before the Clinton Red Tornado football team can get the season started, it needed to scrimmage and see where it is talentwise.
Friday, the Red Tornadoes hit the road and headed to Anadarko to face off against the Warriors in the scrimmage to open the season.
For acting head coach Gene Ray, he said he believes the scrimmage went about the way he expected for the first action of the new season.
