The district-leading Clinton Red Tornadoes (5-1, 3-0) return to the gridiron Thursday for a district matchup with Elgin.
This week will be the first time Clinton faces an offense that has success throwing the football.
“Elgin is much more committed to throwing the football than the other teams we’ve had,” Clinton coach John Higbee said. “They certainly throw it enough to concern me.”
