Friday’s home tournament meant more than just how the Clinton tennis program placed out, as it was the first true home tourney in quite some time for the school.
The construction of four new courts last year gave CHS 10 to play on and the opportunity to host the Hub City Tournament. The COVID-19 pandemic delayed the chance to host last year’s tourney, but CHS finally accomplished that Friday.
