ELK CITY – A stellar defensive effort propelled Clinton to a 42-26 victory over Elk City Tuesday night.
“There’s a lot of things we have to work on,” Clinton coach Brent Caldwell said. “We got in foul trouble and couldn’t press as much as we would like. We got a little wide-eyed at times but like I told them in the locker room, it’s a 16-point win against a very good team.”
