SHAWNEE – Southwestern Oklahoma State men’s basketball gave Great American Conference leading Oklahoma Baptist everything they could handle Saturday afternoon but fell just short losing 67-62.
SWOSU had the game within one possession trailing 65-62 with 35 seconds to play but missed a layup to get within one and the Bison stretched their lead on free throws.
The Bulldogs trailed 35-31 at halftime.
