Elk City — Robert Elliott of Clinton won the Sooner Limited Modified Series Heat Honors at Elk City Saturday.Race Elliott, the son of Robert, finished in fourth place in the feature race.There were two types of races, the feature races and the heat races. The heat races are before the feature race.

Arapaho-Butler baseball starts Monday

Arapaho-Butler wil begin its fall baseball season this Monday.The Indians have been practicing and played summer baseball to prepare for the fall.Coach Bryan Holt said the summer went well, and he said it was crucial, since his team replaces five seniors who were starters.
