Regional run reaches 27 straight

One of the longest streaks in Oklahoma high school baseball rolled on for another year Thursday night, with the Clinton Red Tornadoes (17-13 overall) sweeping the Pauls Valley Panthers (6-16) in their home, bi-district series, to clinch a 27th consecutive appearance at regionals.

CHS uses bye to prep for playoffs

This past week essentially turned into a bye for the Clinton soccer program, after finishing district play last Thursday at Woodward for the district titles.

A-B track program earns five-county champ, runner-up

SWEETWATER – Arapaho-Butler track brought home a haul of hardware from the five-county meet Monday, as the Lady Indians captured the meet championship and the A-B boys ended as the runner-up. The Lady Indians had 16 placers in events as an individual or as a team.
