Clinton’s Segal wins first picks contest

Ronald Segal of Clinton has won the first week of the Clinton Daily News’ Pigskin Football Contest.This week it was out of seven games, after three contests were misidentified for the week (Weatherford vs. Kingfisher, Thomas vs. Sayre and CBA vs. Balko-Forgan).

Clinton cross country competes in Kingfisher

As the Clinton cross country team continues through its season, the program hit the road Saturday and headed north to compete in the Kingfisher meet.For Coach Ashley Griffith, she believed her team did pretty well despite the barriers they faced during the race.

( AP) — The NFL is easing some of its restrictions on Tom Brady as he prepares for his second season as Fox Sports’ top analyst.The league will allow Brady to participate in production meetings with teams, as long as they are conducted virtually or via Zoom.
