Red Tornadoes look to sting Yellowjackets

After a much needed open week for the Clinton Red Tornado football team (0-1), the program will be hitting the road Friday and heading to Kingfisher to take on the Yellowjackets with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

Lady Indians softball takes down Cheyenne-Reydon

In a battle of top-10 teams at the Class-A level, the Arapaho-Butler Lady Indians (20-7) took down the Cheyenne-Reydon Lady Bears 10-0 in four innings Tuesday in Arapaho after exploding for seven in the first inning of the contest.

Lady Reds softball stumbles against Elk City

Midway through the softball season, the Clinton Lady Reds (4-10) headed Monday to Elk City, where the team fell 21-1 in five innings.For Coach Michael Deatherage, he said while they did not hurt themselves on defense with errors, his team still needs to step up, especially in the circle.

The Burns Flat-Dill City Eagles (1-1) struggled at home Friday, as the football team fell 54-0 in two quarters to the visiting Cyril Pirates.

Even though it had a full roster, the Clinton Lady Reds volleyball team (210) fell to the Cache Lady Bulldogs in a sweep, 3-0 (25-10, 2523, 25-13).
