Storm sirens upgraded, will test Saturdays

The City of Clinton’s storm sirens recently received upgrades and will begin testing at noon on Saturdays.Clinton Fire Chief Mark Switzer talked about the upgrades and expected changes. “This is something that has been in the order process for about eight months now,” he said.
