It’s not all hospital woes and sewer line troubles at the Clinton City Council meetings.
At the Aug. 19 city council meeting, officials approved a request from the Clinton Chamber of Commerce which will allow for street closures during the Route 66 Festival, the Trunk or Treat event, and the Festival of Lights.
