An Elk City man has returned to the Custer County Jail after allegedly strangling his father in the vehicle and damaging the windshield immediately after being bailed out.
According to the affidavit of probable cause by Officer Brady Bridges, police were dispatched Aug. 20 to S. Sixth Street and Court Avenue in Clinton in reference to an assault.
