A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Gabriel Alejandro Venegas- Rios, 24, of Clinton, after a domestic incident which occurred July 27.
In the early morning hours of July 27, officers were dispatched to the 600 block of N. 17th Street in reference to a female subject who was bleeding from the head.
