Dr. Curtis Phillip (Phil) Cunningham passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and three children on February 21st, 2021 at the age of 75 in Oklahoma City, OK.
Phil was born in Clinton, OK on January 27th, 1946. He grew up in Clinton and was an active member of the Boy Scouts, achieving the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He worked on the family homestead farm during the summer and was a pr…
