Funeral Services for James Shelton, Sr., 79, Clinton resident, will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 9, 2021, in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, officiated by Bowman Vowell and Dale Nease. Burial will follow in the Parkersburg Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
