Marsha Lee (Mayes) McNeill, better known as Marcie, was born March 8, 1956, in Sulphur, to the late John Stanley and Bea (Crary) Mayes. She died on Monday, February 21, 2022, surrounded by her husband, sons, and daughters, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 65 years, 11 months and 13 days.
