Blanchard puts work in for future teams

Dowdell ‘set’ Lady Reds up for success

Quality sets to the outside hitters and middles and jump serves that kept opponents guessing, made Clinton senior setter Kate Dowdell an invaluable member of the volleyball program. The three-year starter became a mainstay in the starting lineup in 2017.

Club volleyball meeting

An interest meeting for the Club West Avengers volleyball team starts at 6:15 p.m. Monday night at the Clinton Public Library. The club is for players from ages 10-17. For the oldest age, players must be age 17, as of Sept. 1, 2019. Tryouts will be held Oct 26th.

Begay focuses on team in softball career

All nine seniors played a specific role in slowly building the Clinton softball program back to respectability. While only five started during their time in the program, four others did a lot of work behind the scenes to set up the program’s comeback.
