Clinton preparing for annual two-day rodeo event

During the heat of the summer, Clinton and the Round-Up Club are setting up for the 79th annual Rodeo to go on in the Round-Up Club Arena next Friday and Saturday starting at 7 p.m. with mutton busting.

Young trick rider enjoying event spotlight

While people go to rodeos to see adults compete with animals, they also get to witness young trick riders showing off their skills in between events.

Riverside Golf Course hosted an event with just women playing last month, as the Clinton Chapter of the Women’s Golf Association put together a tournament recently to be held at the course here in Clinton.
