Recent grad to fondly remember time with Lady Reds

With high school in the rearview mirror, former Clinton Lady Red soccer player Vanessa Barco heads into the rest of her life with a plan for her future.For Barco, she said having played for Clinton the last four years meant everything to her as she didn’t grow up around town playing soccer.

Acme to host flag football league

Flag football is returning to Clinton this fall.Clinton’s Parks and Recreation Department will host a Flag Football League starting Sept. 11 at Acme Brick Park and will run for five weeks.

Recent Lady Red soccer grad aims to get into nursing

Now that she has her diploma in hand, former Clinton Lady Red soccer player Marilyn Torres goes into the rest of her life with a path carved out for her.When it came to being a member of the Lady Reds soccer team, Torres said there is true meaning in her mind to playing for this program.

Former Lady Reds golfer wants to help premature babies

With her future bright, former Lady Reds golfer Rylee Cummins heads off to college knowing what she wants from life.For Cummins, she said it meant everything to her growing up with her teammates through their years of playing golf together.“To me, to be a part of this team means a lot,” she said.
