Clinton boys’ golf wraps up regular season in Ardmore

With the 2025 regular season schedule coming to a close, the Clinton Red Tornado boys’ golf team headed Monday to the Dornick Hills Country Club Golf Course in Ardmore for the final tournament before postseason play.

Overall fishing reported to be doing well at Foss Lake

According to the fishing report from Custer County Game Warden Clint Carpenter, on April 27 the water at Foss Lake rose to 3 feet above its normal elevation level, and it also remained in stable condition.The water was clear with the temperature around 63°F throughout the lake.

Clinton tennis improving throughout season

As the season nears the end for the young Clinton Red Tornado tennis team, it had one goal this year of taking steps forward to be a better team in the future.For Coach Phil Veazey, he said even though his team is young, he believes this team has the talent to be a good team later on down the road.

Clinton boys’ golf finishes third in Woodward tourney

With the regular season nearing the end, the Clinton Red Tornado boys’ golf team recorded a topthree finish Monday in the Woodward Tournament.For Coach Brett Caldwell, he said he was glad to see his guys come together and play as well as they did this late in the season.
