The Foss Lake level is 2.97 feet below normal. All gates are closed. The lake’s water temperature is in the lower 60s. Hybrid biting fair on live baits in deep water. Walleye catching slow to fair with worms. Catfish reported fair on trot lines, and crappie are catching slow.
