A-B closes solid year

The Arapaho-Butler softball team (23-13 overall) defeated No. 20 Hydro-Eakly in the regional tourney opener, before dropping two games to end its season. Alexia Barker, pictured, and the Lady Indians won their first district title since 2015 this fall.

The Foss Lake level is 2.69 feet below normal. Gates are closed. Water temperature is in the mid 60’s and clear. Hybrid biting fair with live and hard baits. Walleye catching fair with worms. Catfish catching well on north side of lake. Crappie catching slow around structures.
