Clinton baseball falls to Okarche in I-40 Classic

To finish off the Clinton side of the annual two-day I-40 Classic baseball fesitival, the Clinton Reds (3-8) fell to the Okarche Warriors 17-9 in six innings.Despite a rough start to the contest and the outcome, Coach Kelly Gaunt said he was proud to see his team claw back into the game.

Lady Reds golf finishes second in Weatherford

For its second tournament of the year, the Clinton Lady Reds golf team saw success, as it took second place at the Weatherford Tournament with a score of 350.

A-B baseball opens home tourney against Thomas

To open the Bank360 Classic Baseball Tournament, the Arapaho-Butler Indians baseball team (8-3) took down the Thomas Terriers 5-2 to advance in the multi-day event.

Most fishing reported to be doing well at Foss

According to the fishing report from Custer County Game Warden Clint Carpenter, on March 23 the water at Foss Lake was 3 feet below its normal elevation level, but it was in stable condition and clear with the temperature around 51°F.

After scheduling issues arose between the Arapaho-Butler Lady Indians, Canute Trojanettes and Leedey Lady Bison softball teams, all three teams played each other in Arapaho Tuesday.
